Job Description
- Lead a team of 10 BD Executives / Telecallers | Accountable for Team's Performance/Results
- Train & Guide the Junior Executives in client handling & towards better results
- Interested customers database is provided from Website etc. Send details on WhatsApp/emails & follow-up to achieve Success
- Lead Generation : Calling & Interacting with potential customers for our Subscription Products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and effectively suggest Products
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to enhance Product Knowledge & refine Sales Strategies/methodologies
