Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive L-4 located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and converting leads into sales. Daily tasks include communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and working towards sales targets. The role involves collaboration with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Previous experience in technology or real estate industry is beneficial
Freshers Salary Slab : ● Sales Executive : CTC 4,36,596/- PA (Fixed 2,56,596/- + Var 1,80,000/-)
Campus Slab : ● Sales Executive : CTC 4,44,000/- PA (NTH : 2,64,000/- + Var 1,80,000/-)
(Per Month : 22,000/- Take Home + 15,000/- Variable Pay - PF is not applicable on campus slab)
