We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating sales or leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Promote products/services and generate sales.
Maintain customer database and follow up on leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge.
