Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Explain our products and services to SMEs, wholesalers, and distributors, and help them register on our platform
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business goals
Manage sales meetings, negotiations, and close deals within set timelines
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Keep yourself updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Record all client interactions, follow-ups, and activities in CRM tools to track progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (especially with IndiaMART, Justdial, Alibaba, or similar platforms)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good at building client relationships and handling objections
Confident in meetings and explaining product features
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
