The Loan Team Leader oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the loan department, ensuring efficient and compliant processing of loan applications. This role provides leadership and support to the loan team, ensures excellent customer service, and works to meet departmental goals. The Loan Team Leader acts as a liaison between loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate timely loan approvals and disbursements. Supervise, mentor, and support loan officers and processors to ensure high performance. Monitor daily operations to ensure loan applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide guidance on complex loan applications and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure all loan activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
