Job Title: Affiliate Acquisition Associate
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
● Make 90 cold calls daily to potential affiliate partners.
● Actively engage with potential partners to introduce Indian Edu Hub’s affiliate program and its benefits.
● Successfully onboard affiliates by guiding them through the registration and onboarding process. ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners to ensure they remain active and engaged.
● Document all interactions and track progress towards recruitment goals.
● Address affiliate inquiries, resolve issues, and provide continuous support to ensure a smooth affiliate experience.
● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and onboarding targets.
● Provide regular reports on call outcomes, new affiliate acquisitions, and progress to the management team.
Requirements:
● A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
● Ability to make cold calls and establish rapport with potential partners.
● Comfortable with high-volume outreach and sales targets.
● A positive, results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejections.
● Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or affiliate marketing is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in customer acquisition, tele sales, or affiliate marketing.
● Knowledge of the education sector is desirable but not mandatory.
