We are seeking a performance-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. This role demands strong leadership, strategic execution, and the ability to consistently deliver revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of exceeding sales targets, developing talent, and managing end-to-end sales operations.
Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Drive lead conversion and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs to build team capabilities.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and implement corrective strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
2–5 years of total experience in B2B/B2C sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
