Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handling: Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing processes.

• Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Market Research: Stay updated with Gurgaon’s real estate trends, property prices,

  and market demand.

• Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential buyers.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to

  ensure the best deals.

• Documentation & Legal Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, agreements,

  and adherence to legal property procedures.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain client

  relationships for repeat business.

• Collaboration: Work closely with builders, developers, and other real estate

  professionals.
