Motivated Sales Executive with a track record of finding new business opportunities. Skilled at building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting effective solutions to meet sales goals and support company growth.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Client Engagement and Investment Communication  

- Conduct outreach to clients to inform them about investment opportunities and projects in Noida.  

- Assess client needs and tailor project recommendations accordingly.  

- Generate leads through various activities, including cold calling and networking.  


  • Client Interaction and Relationship Management  

- Accompany client's on-site visits to provide firsthand insight into project locations.  

- Facilitate meetings in the office to discuss project details and options.  

- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.  


  • Sales Objectives and Market Analysis  

- Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.  

- Conduct market research to stay informed about new projects and overall market trends.  


  • Reporting and Networking

- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager on sales activities, progress updates, and market insights.  

- Build and maintain a professional network with real estate professionals, developers, and potential referral sources to enhance business opportunities.
