We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the property market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to possession
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Deep knowledge of real estate market, local regulations, and sales strategies
