ShypBuddy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager – Logistics to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics support for key clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.

• Address and resolve operational issues or client concerns.

• Track KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.

• Identify upselling or process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or key account management.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
