We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead new business initiatives across key verticals, including a Retail/HNI Trading Platform, Shares Pledge Services, and operations in GIFT City. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial services, with a proven track record of revenue generation and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify, evaluate, and launch new business verticals aligned with organizational goals.
•Develop and execute sales strategies for AIF, PMS, and hedge funds (AIF CAT-III) across B2B and B2C channels.
•Develop and execute strategic partnerships to scale our presence in GIFT City and other emerging markets
•Build a client base for Retail/HNI trading and share pledge services through targeted outreach and relationship management
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with compliance, operations, and technology
•Track market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities
•Drive the end-to-end deal lifecycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closure
Key Requirements:
•Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within hedge funds, private equity, or financial services
•Strong understanding of financial markets, hedge funds, and broker-dealer operations
•Demonstrated success in closing deals and driving revenue growth
•Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship-building skills
•High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics
