Role - LIC Sales Coordinator

☎️ Telecalling & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote LIC insurance products.

• Follow up on leads provided by the marketing or digital teams.

��️ Database Management:

• Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM or Excel sheets.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

�� Performance Tracking:

• Share daily/weekly call reports with the Sales Manager or Development Officer.

• Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and follow-up status.

�� Product Knowledge & Training:

• Stay updated on LIC policies, premium plans, tax benefits, and IRDAI guidelines.

• Participate in product training and compliance workshops.

�� Key Skills:

• Fluent in regional languages and/or Telugu/English/Hindi

• Clear communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools)

• Time management and follow-up discipline

• Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism
