💼 Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive (In-Store & Field Sales)

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)

• Engage with walk-in pharmacy customers to pitch relevant credit card products.

• Clearly explain card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and usage process.

• Collect and verify customer documents in line with KYC compliance.

• Maintain daily visibility of campaign branding and promotional materials.

Field Sales

• Conduct visits to residential neighbourhoods, offices, local businesses, and pharmacies to promote credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calling, customer referrals, and in-person engagements.

• Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely closure of sales.

Operational

• Accurately record daily customer interactions, leads, and sales conversions.

• Liaise with internal teams for application processing and customer onboarding.

• Ensure full compliance with banking and regulatory norms during all sales and documentation processes.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales
  (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
