We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Counsellor to join our growing training and education team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and working professionals in choosing the right certification courses in Medical Coding, IT, and Digital Marketing that align with their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads via phone, email, and video calls to provide course counselling.

• Understand individual career goals and recommend appropriate training programs.

• Maintain follow-ups and drive conversions through clear and personalized communication.

• Keep accurate records of enquiries, conversations, and enrolments using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with marketing and training teams for feedback and campaign alignment.

• Provide regular updates and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (background in Education or Psychology is a plus).

• 1–4 years of counselling or student advisory experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable with technology and virtual communication platforms.

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
