Urgent hiring: Corporate Business Development Manager
Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon
Package: 50k + Lucrative commissions
We are seeking Corporate Business Development Manager for our client Gurgaon to lead business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing big-budget deals and be comfortable traveling to client meetings in NCR and other cities.
About Client
A leading supplier/distributor/manufacturers of vast range of products meeting the international standards and quality parameters used in construction of Highways, Railways, Tunnel or any other type of infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
1. - Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
2. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building
3. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
4. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms
5. - Travel to client meetings in NCR and other cities (approx. 2-3 times a week)
Requirements:
6. - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
7. - Proven track record of closing big-budget deals (Rs. 50 lakhs+)
8. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
9. - Willingness to travel to client meetings in NCR and other cities
