Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the PEB/Civil segment. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, market insight, and strategic sales acumen.
• Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the PEB/Civil structures market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project developers, and EPC companies.
• Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and present customized PEB/Civil solutions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed targets through strategic planning and efficient pipeline management.
• Track market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance market presence and network.
• Prepare regular reports on business forecasts, market analysis, and performance metrics.
• Assist in tendering, bid preparation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
• Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); MBA in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in the PEB/Civil/Steel structural industry.
• In-depth knowledge of PEB/Civil, construction methodologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand technical drawings/specifications.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
