Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fresher 

Location: Noida

Work Hours: (06:00 PM - 03:30AM) US Shift 

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE)for our US IT Staffing division. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in international staffing and business development. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the US IT staffing industry, job roles, and technologies.

• Support the senior BDEs in identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, job boards, email campaigns, and cold calls.

• Assist in generating qualified leads and scheduling client meetings.

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and assist in delivery.

• Maintain daily/weekly reports and CRM updates.

• Meet basic KPIs and performance goals as set by management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience (any stream).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written English).

• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift).

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong work ethic, team player, and a goal-oriented mindset.
