Key Responsibilities
Vendor Acquisition:
Identify, onboard, and manage vendor partners (farmers, producers, logistics partners).
Build strong vendor relationships ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
Sales Team Management:
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on vendor acquisition and partner onboarding.
Develop and execute training programs to ensure team efficiency and consistency.
Business Development Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to scale vendor partnerships and expand market presence.
Identify new market opportunities and build pipelines for growth.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and vendor engagement metrics.
Report progress and optimize strategies based on data insights
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales (preferably in AgriTech, FMCG, or Retail sectors).
Experience in team hiring, training, and performance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Passion for sustainability, organic farming, or agri-entrepreneurship is a plus
