Business Development Executive(Individual role)
Client Acquisition: Learn the fundamentals of client outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building strategies to grow Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with mentors to understand market trends and develop sales pitches aligned with Enego Service offerings.
Market Research: Conduct research on MSME sector trends, industry requirements, and client needs to support targeted business development.
Networking: Engage with potential clients and partners through networking events, industry meetups, and direct outreach.
Project Support: Assist in proposal creation, documentation, and presentations for prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Learn and utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up on client interactions, and maintain an organized client database.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with sales skills Experience
1-5 year of experience in sales, counselling, BDM, B2B, B2C, inside sales, BPO-Call centre/ Education/Financial Industry.
Salary: Up-to 4 LPA (With Smart Incentive Policy)
