🔍 Role: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through calls, site visits, and referrals

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits

• Follow up with leads and close sales to meet monthly targets

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support

• Stay updated with market trends and project knowledge

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or any B2C sales field (real estate experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality

• Basic knowledge of real estate industry and Noida property market is a plus

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Own vehicle preferred
