Position: Samsung BPO Telesales Executive (Voice/Chat/Video)
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO telesales (voice/chat/video)
Shift:

• Females: 8 AM – 8 PM (Day Shift)

• Males: Rotational (24×7)
  Working Days: 5 Days/Week | 2 Rotational Offs
  Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:
Join Samsung’s dynamic sales process and help customers choose the best in tech via outbound calls, inbound support, chat, and video platforms.

Strictly for candidates with a minimum of 1 year BPO sales experience and strong communication skills. No freshers, no non-sales profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Samsung products through call/chat/video

• Explain product features and benefits clearly

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Build lasting customer relationships

• Ensure excellent customer experience and product awareness

Requirements:

• Graduate (minimum)

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO telesales (voice/chat/video)

• Strong verbal communication and selling skills

• Presentable and confident personality

• Awareness of Samsung product range is a plus

Salary Structure:

• Outbound (Voice Sales): ₹24,000 CTC | ₹20,000 In-hand

• Inbound/Chat: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹21,000 In-hand

• Video Sales (Promoter): ₹30,000 CTC | ₹26,250 In-hand

• Incentives: Lucrative monthly performance-based incentives
