Make outbound calls to international customers based on provided leads.
Promote company services/products and generate leads or sales.
Build rapport with prospects and handle objections effectively.
Update customer records and maintain CRM/database accuracy.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Follow scripts and compliance protocols as per company standards.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in international outbound calling or BPO is preferred.
Ability to handle rejection and remain professional.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
Willingness to work in night shifts or US/UK time zones.
Experience in US/UK/AUS process.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
