We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with a strong background in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a jewellery showroom and leading a sales team in a high-value retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewellery store.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and manage client relationships.

• Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and integrity.

• Maintain inventory control, stock planning, and coordination with vendors.

• Ensure proper display, product knowledge, and store cleanliness.

• Monitor team performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
