About the Role:
We are looking for a well-experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our luxury jewellery showroom in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing high-end retail, preferably in gold, diamond, Polki, or gemstone jewellery segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through team performance

• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team for excellent customer engagement

• Handle high-value client interactions and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation

• Ensure accurate stock management, billing, and cash handling

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and store discipline

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Regular coordination with HO for inventory, promotions, and updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in jewellery retail (gold, diamond, Polki, gemstones preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Sales and target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Well-versed in luxury sales etiquette and store operations

• Basic computer and billing system knowledge
