Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using software or manual logs.

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials/products.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.

• Organize and label stock for easy retrieval.

• Prepare and share stock reports weekly/monthly.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the store.

• Handle returns and damaged goods as per company policy.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of inventory management.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Inventory software like Tally, ERP, etc.).

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.
