Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet store targets

• Handle customer service and resolve queries or complaints efficiently

• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment

• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandise display, and visual standards

• Prepare daily sales reports and track performance metrics

• Train new joiners and conduct periodic staff reviews

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass

• At least 1 year of experience in retail (clothing/apparel preferred)

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer knowledge (billing, stock updates, etc.)

• Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
