Mall Sales Executive – AmazonPay Smart Store

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mall Sales Executive to join our team at AmazonPay Smart Store . This role involves assisting shoppers, providing detailed product information, managing transactions, and actively promoting sales across multiple retail outlets.

This is a field-based role requiring daily visits to 8-10 stores, so owning a bike is mandatory. The position offers excellent growth opportunities with an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹29,500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, assisting them with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on product pricing, features, and post-sale services.

• Cross-sell related products and inform customers of current promotions, discounts, and offers.

• Ensure product displays are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

• Manage merchandise returns and coordinate with stores for smooth stock management.

• Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless customer service.

• Share customer feedback and on-ground insights with the Store Manager.

• Stay informed about new product launches and services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 months to 6 years in retail, customer service, or sales (Freshers with the right attitude are welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Familiarity with inventory handling and point-of-sale systems.

• Must own a bike and be comfortable with daily travel to 8-10 retail locations.

• Energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven personality.
