Retail Sales Executive

The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving customer engagement, managing sales processes, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience at the MyTyles Experience Center. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a flair for customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

   • Greet and assist customers visiting the Experience Center.

   • Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.

   • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Sales Operations

   • Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to final purchase.

   • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

   • Provide accurate information about product features, specifications, and pricing.

3. Product Knowledge

   • Stay updated on product offerings, inventory levels, and new arrivals.

   • Communicate key product benefits and unique selling points to customers effectively.

4. Order Processing and Coordination

   • Assist customers with order placements and coordinate with the backend team for timely deliveries.

   • Handle payment processing and maintain accurate transaction records.

5. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.

   • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
