We are looking for an experienced Recruiter specialized in Gulf country hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and mobilizing skilled and unskilled candidates for GCC countries, with strong knowledge of visa processes, client coordination, and compliance with Gulf labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end recruitment for job openings in Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
2. Understand manpower requirements from Gulf clients across sectors (Construction, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.).
3. Source suitable candidates through job portals, internal databases, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.
4. Conduct preliminary interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and shortlist as per client specifications.
5. Coordinate client interviews (online or in-person) and trade tests if applicable.
6. Handle document collection, visa processing coordination, and candidate mobilization.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and candidates for smooth onboarding.
8. Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and contractual recruitment standards.
9. Maintain candidate and client databases for future requirements.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Gulf/Middle East recruitment.
2. Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws, visa categories, and embassy procedures.
3. Excellent sourcing skills via Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines efficiently.
6. Experience working with recruitment agencies licensed for overseas hiring.
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days.
