Key Responsibilities:
● Help create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeping the strategy up-to-date ● Ensure job descriptions & employment contracts are up to date and compliant with all regulations
● Maintain accurate & up-to-date leave trackers for all employees and provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
● Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
● Participate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping
● Developing adequate induction programs
● Develop and amend HR policies as required
● Execute all disciplinary and termination/resignation measures and compliances as provided in the HR policy
● Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy and labour laws
● Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
● Ensure compliance with regional & national labour laws & compliances
Requirements:
• Must be available to work 5 days per week
• 1-3 years of HR & Recruitment Experience
• Love of fitness and wellness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills • Superior problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong work ethic • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
