Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition HR Executive who thrives in
a fast-paced environment. This is a target-based hiring role with incentives for each successful
joiner. If you enjoy recruiting at scale, engaging with candidates, and driving results, this

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets set by the HR leadership.
● Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.● Coordinate and manage walk-in interviews at the Bangalore office.
● Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple functions (Sales, Operations,
Customer Service, etc.).
● Maintain recruitment dashboards and daily reports.
Candidate Requirements:
● 0.6 to 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.
● Hands-on experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for hiring.
● Familiarity with ATS systems and job portals.
