Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Volume Hiring Specialist to manage large-scale recruitment for BPO/ITES roles. Ideal for those with strong sourcing skills and experience in high-pressure, target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for voice/non-voice BPO & ITES roles

• Source candidates via portals, referrals & social platforms

• Conduct screenings, schedule interviews & coordinate walk-ins

• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets

• Maintain MIS and hiring dashboards

Requirements:

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in BPO/ITES hiring

• Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination skills

• Knowledge of job portals & high-volume sourcing

• Graduate in any stream

Immediate joiners preferred
