HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client job requirements and industry expectations

• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Job hai , Shine, Work India Indeed), LinkedIn, references, and internal database

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates based on client needs

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients

• Follow up with candidates and clients post-interview and until onboarding

• Maintain and update internal recruitment trackers and databases

• Ensure smooth coordination and communication with clients for feedback and updates

• Keep updated with industry hiring trends and market competition

• Preferred:

• Prior experience in a staffing or consulting firm

• Knowledge of bulk hiring, IT/Non-IT hiring, or contract staffing

• Comfortable handling multiple job roles and high volume hiring
