Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiters to join our team Tekshapers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organisation. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹45000 and growth opportunities.

Location: Sector 65, Noida - 100% Onsite position

We have an exciting opportunity for a US IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs. If you have a proven track record in recruiting and are passionate about finding the right candidates, we want to hear from you.

Must haves:

1-5 years of experience in the US staffing.

Must have experience working with the Implementation partners like HCL, TCS or any other.
Strong experience with C2C and fulltime recruitment.

Must be very strong technically.

Must have good knowledge of US Tax terms and visa
Experience recruiting for positions for Implementation partners is highly desirable.
Good Communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on C2C positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
