Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing goals

Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws

MBA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Proficient in MS Office and job portal usage (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
