Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other innovative channels.

• Screening resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to identify strong matches.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment records.

• Provide timely follow-up and regular communication with candidates throughout the process.

• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires.

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
