Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee located in Gurugram. The HR Trainee will assist with the daily administrative and HR duties, including maintaining employee records, managing HR policies, and supporting HR projects. The HR Trainee will also help in addressing employee queries regarding benefits, work environment, and other HR-related topics.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management

Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
