Qualification

· Graduate or MBA in Human resources

Role and Responsibilities

· Handling Employee grievances and induction

· Assisting in all recruitment work.

· Ensure that HR practices are compliant with legislation where applicable, and develop and share HR best practices.

· Monthly Payroll processing.

· Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.

· Manage F&F settlement of employees by issuing relieving letters & and forwarding required information to the F&F department for final settlement.

· Maintain payroll processing sheet, including salary increases, bonus payments,

· and deductions, and input and calculated data.

· Record, maintain, and monitor attendance and leave records.

· Maintain and update master databases (personal files, personal databases, etc.) of

· each employee.

· Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and concerns.

· Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.

· Preparing Monthly Payroll.

· Conducting Employee Engagement Activities.

· Ensure compliance with labour regulations.

· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
