Role Overview

As a HR Talent Acquisition Executive, you will lead and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with Cococart's organizational goals. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and department heads, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and contribute to the development of a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company’s goals and values.

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate assessments.

• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process for candidates.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Foster relationships with universities, professional associations, and other talent sources.

• Provide regular recruitment status and challenge reports to senior management.

• Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes for seamless new hire transition.

• Manage external recruitment agencies and vendor relationships as needed.

• Continuously improve the candidate experience and employer branding efforts.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar recruiting role.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.

• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.

• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
