Job Summary: The HR will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. This role requires a proactive approach to finding the best talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing and Recruiting: Identify, source, and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
· Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the company culture.
· Job Postings: Create and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the hiring department and attract high-quality candidates.
· Understand Requirement with management for hiring the staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
· Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
· Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
· Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in recruitment portal or software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws, best practices in recruiting, Labour Laws, and trends in talent acquisition.
