Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, L&D, HR compliance, and fostering a strong organizational culture, which includes Recognition programs
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Partnering- Act as the go-to HR advisor for business leaders across manufacturing, recycling, and sales teams. Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Resolve employee grievances
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes Drive end-to-end recruitment for all roles across levels and functions, including technical, commercial, and corporate.
Manage performance review cycles and employee development Anchor the performance management process across the organization. Partner with the Business to design and implement reward and recognition programs
Drive engagement and build a positive work culture
Create and drive people engagement programs that are fun, inclusive, and aligned with our fast-paced culture. Be a culture custodian ensure company values are lived and celebrated
Oversee HR operations and ensure statutory compliance
Set up and streamline HR systems, processes, and documentation. Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, exits, records, and compliance. Manage the implementation and ongoing optimization of HRIS tools. Drive Process Improvements
Drive and foster a culture of Learning & Development
Key Skills:
Strategic HR planning, communication, leadership, employee relations, adaptability.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of diverse HR experience across recruitment, HRBP, performance, rewards, and HR ops.
Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup (manufacturing, startup, or scale-up preferred).
Strong ownership mindset you thrive when you're trusted with responsibility.
Excellent communication skills can influence across levels.
HR tech-savvy—comfortable using digital HR tools or setting them up.
Willingness to travel occasionally to plant locations or new offices.
Own the HR charter for a rapidly growing, innovation-led company.
Work directly with decision-makers and drive real impact.
