· - Identify and recruit qualified Trainers (Safety, Technical, Telecom) across regions.
· - Recruit office staff for roles including Admin, Sales, Operations, Accounts, etc.
· - Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews.
· - Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and Coordinate Induction.
· - Draft and manage Freelance Trainer Agreements based on assignment terms.
· - Maintain attendance records of all office and field staff using ERP tools.
· - Generate monthly Salary Sheet, coordinate approvals, and share for payment.
· - Generate Salary Slips and distribute to staff monthly.
· - Track trainer dues, allowances, reimbursements, and pending settlements.
· - Maintain and update employee records and digital files.
· - Operate ERP system for HR-related data entry, tracking, and reports.
· - Manage exit interviews, clearances, and final settlements.
· - Coordinate medical fitness verifications and ID card issuance.
· - Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR standards.
· - Support internal audits and training documentation as needed.
· - Coordinate with Centre Manager and Training Manager for workforce planning.
