Talent Acquisition (Bulk Recruiter) Location: Bhayandar Experience: 6 months to 2 years Working Days: 6 days a week Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Industry Type: Recruitment / Staffing / BPO / RPO Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bulk Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of high-volume hiring processes. Key Responsibilities:  Manage end-to-end bulk hiring processes for various client requirements.  Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).  Build and maintain a strong network of vendors and manage vendor performance to ensure timely closures.  Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.  Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.  Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and dashboards.  Meet hiring targets and ensure adherence to SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience in bulk hiring.  Proven expertise in vendor coordination and management.  Strong sourcing skills using multiple job portals and networking tools.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.  Willingness to work a 1 PM to 10 PM shift from the Bhayandar office
