• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

• Oversee payroll management, ensuring accurate salary calculations and timely payment to employees.

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities such as employee referrals, internal job postings, and external advertising campaigns.

• Ensure seamless execution of HR operations including joining formalities, induction programs, performance appraisals, attendance tracking, leave administration, exit formalities.

• Develop and implement effective HR policies aligned with company goals.

• Overseeing office administration
