· Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the Organisation
· Developing own network of suitable candidates
· Working with the Organisation to develop a recruitment plan
· Executing recruitment plans efficiently
· Drafting and posting job descriptions
· Screen applications and select qualified candidates
· Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
· Coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers
· Performing reference and background checks
· Communicating Organisation information & benefits during the screening process
· Maintaining HR calendar and HR MIS
· Preparing Job Offers
· Networking with various institutions, colleges and consultancies
· Maintaining timely reports on employment activity
· Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
· Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
· Maintaining the employee attendance register
· Undertake tasks around performance management.
· Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination
· Organise events and conferences for employees
· Manage workforce safety issues and complaints
· Measure and understand employee retention turnover rates
· Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example turnover rates and cost per hire.
· Administer compensation and benefit plans.
· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace.
· Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies
