Urgent Hiring for the HR Executive for Night Shift Location Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

Experience: -2 to 3 years

Assisting in monthly payroll processing, managing attendance, leave, overtime, monthly allowances.

To issue letters to the employees like Appreciation, Absenteeism, Abscond Letters, warning, suspensions, termination, etc.

Handling employee Grievance.

Preparation of different MIS report as per requirement.

Handle factory administration part & Production Part.

 Assist in recruitment activities as required by the organization

Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills:

Good Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi

Well verse in excel.

Good knowledge of Payroll

Qualification:

Graduate / HR Diploma/ MBA
