Source and hire telecallers, team leaders, and field staff as per manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, background checks, and verification.
Organize induction and onboarding processes for new joiners.
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, ID proofs, offer letters, and contracts.
Ensure documentation is compliant with company and regulatory standards.
Coordinate training sessions on debt collection techniques, compliance (especially RBI/NPCI guidelines), and soft skills.
