We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, and HR operations. This role demands strong organizational skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Post job openings on relevant portals and manage candidate databases.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.
Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding.
Collect and validate attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Manage salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
Address employee queries related to salary, taxation, and payslips.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR functioning.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to payroll, recruitment, and operations.
Knowledge of HR software systems (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
