💼 What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end HR strategy, policy, and execution
Own talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Drive employee engagement, culture building, and team development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Act as a trusted partner to leadership on people-related matters
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong expertise in recruitment, performance management & HR operations
A strategic thinker with people-first instincts
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in scaling startups or growing organizations is a plus
